Terms & Conditions

For video production, clients initially receive content with a watermark. The original, unwatermarked content will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Until payment is completed, clients are not permitted to share or distribute the content. For website creation and social media management, a 30% upfront payment is required before the project begins, with remaining payments due according to the terms specified in the quotation or contract. Social media subscriptions can be canceled with a one-month notice period. Other projects are delivered on a per-project basis as agreed in the relevant quotation or contract.

Upon full payment, all rights to delivered content, including videos, photos, websites, and designs, are transferred to the client. A Fond Studios retains the right to use any produced content for portfolio purposes, marketing, and social media promotion. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, A Fond Studios shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure to achieve specific business results, including financial gain, social media performance, or website traffic. All services are provided “as is,” and results may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Projects are delivered according to the agreed timeline in the quotation or contract. Revisions are included as specified, and additional revisions or significant changes may incur extra fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
